Helping Women Over 50 Reinvent Themselves

and get what they really want!

You know you are ready for a reinvention when:

  • Life happens, like job loss, divorce, retirement, etc. — and you want and need to move forward in a different way than ever before

  • There is something you have desired for a long time, and you are done putting it off

  • You want to make a change, and you know what to do — but you are not doing it

Simply put, you want more for yourself and from yourself
something bigger, something more satisfying

You’re not alone!

There is something universal that happens for women over 50. I bet you felt it too!

Something forces us to pause from all of the external busyness. It’s part biology, part stage of life, part caring less and less of what others think and more about what is important to us.

Whatever it is, women over 50 tend to become aware of their internal wisdom. This wisdom has us asking questions, and wondering if there might be more for us.

In this stage of life, we are empowered by a deeper sense of who we are.

In my early 50’s I found myself in quite a wakeup call:

  • At the end of a long-term relationship

  • Unhappy in my career

  • Financially weak

  • Carrying extra weight

Suffice to say, I was not feeling so empowered at the time!

But I invested in coaching and one day, my coach said to me, “Wow, you need a new story!”

I didn’t know exactly what that meant, but I was curious and ready for a reinvention of my own.

What does it mean to reinvent yourself?

Simply put, it’s when we reach deep inside of ourselves, find our strengths, and bring them forth in an even more accessible, tangible, and powerful way.

How do you do that?

  • Know what we want (and what we don’t want!)

  • Breakthrough fears and doubts that show up (because they will, it’s normal!)

  • Experiment and try new things (and enjoy it!)

The possibilities are endless.

While transformations don’t happen overnight, much like life, your reinvention will unfold as a step-by-step journey with victories of all sizes moving you forward.

Here’s a few of the things that happened for me:

  • I married the love of my life at age 60

  • I had the best 5 years of my career after 55

  • I retired at age 65 (with my finances in order!)

  • I am 20 pounds lighter (after decades of struggle)

  • I’m still reinventing!

This is just my story… what will your story be?
