Since retiring from a career in software development, I have reignited my private coaching practice and now specialize in helping women over 50 reinvent the second half of life.

As women, we naturally reinvent ourselves over and over as we navigate new stages of life. But there is something different about our 50’s and beyond that compels us to reassess what matters most to us.

Many women in their 50s start to experience what I call a quiet discontent. Or sometimes it’s a less than desired wake-up call to make a change.

From a shift in our health, to changing relationships, to unexpected circumstances, this stage of life is about turning a wake-up call into a powerful catalyst for getting more out of life with the right support, guidance, and know-how.

In essence, women over 50 come into their own power, and we want the satisfaction of living according to our own terms.

I know first-hand how to turn a challenge into an exciting reinvention of life, and I love showing other women how to do the same.

Let’s reinvent together!
